Huge Summer Haul II Part 1

Hi there internet friends.

This post is a bit late (or 24 hours late) because I went shopping for 8 exhausting hours yesterday. Whoever said getting a prom dress would be the hardest part lied. Believe me, that´s the easiest part. After we´ve been to every possible shop, my Mom and I gave up and parted to do some regular shopping. I did go a big bold but I also needed more clothes for summer as I can´t only wear shorts and basic H&M tops. This is part one because I went into town today again and bought some more stuff which you will see tomorrow.

First of all, I needed a new foundation because the last ones I bought were all pretty much too dark. I went into Kiko and a very nice lady there helped me to buy a new one. I bought the lightest Universal Fit Liquid Foundation (review to follow soon). Then I also hopped into a drugstore and renewed my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in the shade 15.

I bought these two bandeau tops from Taily Weijl. One in black and one in white. Though I was sceptic as they are one size they fit perfectly. The fabric feels really soft and comfortable. Another basic thing is a new pair of shorts. I tried these on just to see how different tops would look with shorts and they fitted perfectly and were so soft that I couldn´t leave them there. They are from New Yorker.

When I went into Primark I couldn´t resist their sunglasses offer and took these two with me. I didn´t even bother to try them on in the store, but they look good on my face (the benefits of having a glasses fitting face). These have no diopters which might sound weird seeing that I wear glasses daily, but my eyes are not that bad (I have like -0.25/-0.75 diopters) and I can handle it. They might not be best quality, but they will last me at least until I can buy the ones from Ray Ben I really want.

The two lace tops are from Primark and I think they will look so much nicer to shorts than the plain basic tops I usually wear. The right top is from New Yorker and has to really silky layers. All of those looks really summery and I can´t wait to wear them.

I own that left top in plain black and I love to wear it to parties, so I thought another one of it couldn´t hurt. I love the little gold detail on the straps. The jumper feels really soft and I think it would look totally cute over a summer dress on a mild summer evening. I fell in love with the jacket the moment I saw it. I can already this becoming my favorite jacket for sumer evenings. It´s soft and not too thick and I love the color of it. All of these are from Primark.

What would a summer be without summer dresses? I bought to maxi dresses (the left one from New Yorker and the right one from Primark) as I wanted these for a long time now. They both are really bright and perfect for a day of sightseeing in Italy or Bulgaria. The top on the right is from Primark and has this bright, summery look as well. It´s a bit longer than average and cut high-low. I´ll be wearing it with shorts when it gets hotter.

I am so incredibly happy with all that I bought. I am even thinking of doing a summer lookbook or something even though I am not a fashion blogger. Tell me what you think about that.

Have a wonderful day
