December Favorites

I think I am complaining about how fast every month has passed in every single one of my monthly favorite posts. So today I won´t say that (even though it´s true). But we have January now and December was not only a month of Christmas shopping but also buying new products for myself. I have quite a few new favorites.

I bought the The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky-Clean Scrub as everyone was raving about it for blemished skin. I can only agree with how good it is even though the smell is something I needed to get used to at first. I really loved this scrub until I went to my dermatologist and he had nothing bad a devaluing look for it. He suggested I should use the Aesthetico Active Foam as this one is not as drying for my skin and really helps with blemishes. Since then I have fallen in love with this active foam. It´s really soft, it helps with my blemishes as much as a simple product can and it leaves my skin feeling smooth instead of dry.

One of the things I brought back with me from London in Summer was the Soap & Glory Clean On Me Shower Gel. Somehow I have never gotten around to trying it until the early December days. I absolutely love it. I have already written a full review on it here.

A very old but still very good favorite of mine is the Maybelline Rocket Volum´ Express Mascara Waterproof. I think I have raved about this one for as long as this blog exists and I can only say this again and again. It´s nearly perfect for me. I bought myself the Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hours in 35 On and On Bronze. It´s gorgeous and just the right amount of glittery. I love wearing this for just the simplest look. It also goes very well with my green eyes. Another thing I brought back from London is the Tanya Burr Lipgloss in Aurora. As I was very lazy with my lips and they were pretty dry I didn´t want to wear any lipstick. This lipgloss however just gave me a simple and easy look and didn´t dry my lips out any further. I love the color and the look of it!

I had quite a few favorites in December as you can see but they are all so great products. Though they might have a few tiny faults I would´t have survived December without them.
