Healthy Living #2

Hi there internet friends.

Well, this week didn´t go exactly as planned. After I finished writing Healthy Living #1 early in the morning I got so nervous about my oral exam that I was eating too much junk to stay calm. Then on Monday the oral exam didn´t go exactly as planned and I drowned my sorrow in food again. But that doesn´t mean I am going to stop this plan.

Tuesday
Breakfast - 1 apple, 1 banana
Lunch - Roast with red cabbage and potatoes
Snack - 1 slice of selfmade bread with butter
Dinner - 1 slice of bread with salami and two tomatoes
Snack - 3/4 of an apple

Drinks: 2 Litres

Wednesday
Breakfast - 1 apple, 1 banana
Lunch - Roast potatoe casserole
Snack - 1 apple, 1 chocolate bar
Dinner - 1 slice of bread with salami and tunasalad
Snack - 1 chocolate bar, handful of grapes

Drinks: 2 Litres
Activities: 20 minutes elliptical, 10 minute leg workout

Thursday
Breakfast - 1 slice of bread with chickenbreast cuts, handful of grapes
Snack - 1 bread roll with marmelade and cheese, 1 egg, 1 chocolate bar
Lunch - Roast with noodles and red cabbage
Snack - 1 chocolate bar
Dinner - 1 bread roll with boiled ham and tunasalad
Snack - 1 gummibear, 1 chocolate bar, 1 apple

Drinks: 2.5 Litres
Activities: 20 minutes elliptical, 10 minute core workout

Friday
Breakfast - 1 apple, 1 banana
Lunch - Fish with rice
Snack - 2 gummibears, half a chocolate bar
Dinner - 1.5 slices of bread with cheese and boiled ham, 2 tomatoes
Snack - 1 chocoalte bar, handful of grapes

Drinks: 2 Litres

You don´t even want to know what happened yesterday, really you don´t want to know. But as bad as this past week has been (also snacking wise), today is the start of a new month and I hope to get it going this time. I didn´t achieve one of the goals I set myself last week, but it´s not gonna stop me. My goals for next week are to get through the first days of my 30 day ab and thigh challenges (which I start today) and to get back to low carb dinners.
